Fire door specifications including hardware, seals, hinges and closers are determined by on-site survey and applicable Building Regulations. Not all fire doors require identical specifications — requirements vary by property type, use and local authority guidance. Doorz London Ltd advises on all regulatory requirements prior to installation. Compliance certificates are issued for completed installations that meet the relevant standard.
Doorz London Ltd guarantees all workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects arising from the installation itself and does not cover damage caused by misuse, structural movement, damp, or third-party interference. Manufacturer warranties on doors and hardware are separate and subject to individual manufacturer terms.
Payment is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required for material orders on larger projects. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a call-out charge. Doorz London Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

We are not liable for pre-existing structural defects, delays caused by third parties, or consequential losses.
